All easylifeuk.com products carry a 12 month manufacturers guarantee unless otherwise stated.

If any easylifeuk.com product does not meet with your approval, please return it to us within 28 days, in an unused condition, and we'll be happy to make a refund or exchange.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights, governed by the EU Distance Selling Directive which is part of UK law under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

How to return or exchange

Please repack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to us at following address:

 Unit 13, ARD Business Park, Polo Grounds, New Inn, Pontypool, Gwent NP4 0TW

Please include your name and the order number in the package, so that we can identify you easily.

Please note that goods are returned at your own cost unless faulty or sent to you in error, and we strongly recommend that you use recorded post as you are responsible for returned items until they reach our premises.

We'll contact you once we've received the package to tell you that your return is being processed. Please allow 10 days for processing the refund or exchange.

Please note that our payment processing system only allows us to refund the card on which the original transaction was made.
